Tricia joined our staff in June of 2016.  She also has over 30 years of customer service experience and executive assistant experience, which makes her a great fit as our Leasing Manager.  She oversees all move ins, move outs, inventories, scheduling vendors to insure the cleanliness of each unit, performs quality control inspections, and much more.  Tricia has great attention to detail and makes sure every Valley View guest has the best experience possible.

Eric has lived in Northern Kentucky for over 30 years and has served as our Maintenance Director since 2006. He has prior experience in property maintenance, with a strong background in the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing industries. Eric is dedicated to helping Valley View Furnished Condos maintain each residents unit and ensuring their complete comfort and satisfaction.

Sheila is Valley View Furnished Condo’s Bookkeeper, starting in 2016, and has been in office management for over 7 years. Sheila loves to find new ways to take the “Work” out of “Paperwork.” With a professional but friendly attitude, she makes the bookkeeping process understandable and more relatable to our clients’ needs. She helps us focus on ways to cut expenses and increase revenue while making sure our clients find value in our product.
