THE VALLEY VIEW FURNISHED CONDO’S STAFF
Linda joined the Valley View Furnished Condo’s Staff in April of 2007. She brings with her 30+ years of customer service experience. Her strong leadership is the key ingredient to our high customer satisfaction ratings and excellent resident retention rate. Linda has lived in Northern Kentucky her entire life and loves sharing her knowledge of our area with our guests.
Tricia joined our staff in June of 2016. She grew up in Northern Kentucky and while her career and family took her away for a while, she decided to come back home in 2006. She has 30+ years of customer service and executive assistant experience, which makes her a great fit as a Leasing Agent. She also does inventory, quality control inspections upon move outs and final walk through inspections prior to check in. Tricia also serves as our Marketing Coordinator, making sure our Blogs, Social Media and Facebook page provides everyone with current news and events in our area.
Marianne joined Valley View Furnished Condos in June of 2018. Having worked in executive offices for almost 20 years, she has excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills, as well as an outstanding work ethic. Marianne is on hand to make sure each and every potential client has all the information they need to feel right at home at Valley View.
Eric has lived in Northern Kentucky for over 30 years and has served as our Maintenance Director since 2006. He has prior experience in property maintenance, with a strong background in the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing industries. Eric is dedicated to helping Valley View Furnished Condos maintain each residents unit and ensuring their complete comfort and satisfaction.
Sheila is Valley View Furnished Condo’s bookkeeper, starting in 2016, and has been in office management for over 7 years. Sheila loves to find new ways to take the “Work” out of “Paperwork.” With a professional but friendly attitude, she makes the bookkeeping process understandable and more relatable to our clients’ needs. She helps us focus on ways to cut expenses and increase revenue while making sure our clients find value in our product.
